Take breaks from your daily screen time and consider digital lenses that have a special coating which reduce the amount of blue light emitted from lights and digital devices. In addition, staring at a computer too long can also cause, back, neck and shoulder pain. Choose a comfortable, supportive chair and maintaining good posture can help with these aches and pains.

Maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle – Diet and exercise impacts on your eyes. Foods rich in antioxidants have been proved to reduce the risk of cataracts. While food rich in Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of macular degeneration. Also, staying hydrated with plenty of water, helps produce tears and prevent dry eye.
