Each colour lens is made with Alcon’s 3-in-1 colour technology, which mixes three individual rings of colour, from paler outer shade to a darker more defining colour to create a vibrant shade that really will make you stand out from the crowd.
Choosing the right colour.
The contact lens colour that will suit you best will depends on numerous factors, such as the colour of your hair and skin tone. Ultimately, it depends on the kind of look you want to achieve – a subtle change to your daily look or to attract attention at a party or event, Air Optix Colors have something for you.
They can be bought to match your current contact lens prescription or just for fashion use only. If you don’t normally wear contact lenses but just want to change your eye colour, explain this to our optical assistants who can order you ‘plano’ colour contacts, purely worn for cosmetic purposes, they have no lens powers for correcting vision.
As part of the Air Optix family these lenses promise exceptional breathability, made from silicone hydrogel they allow six times the amount of oxygen to meet the eye than a traditional soft lens. An ultra-smooth surface and protective layer of moisture also contribute to enhanced levels of comfort by resisting dirt deposits on the lens surface stopping unwanted debris rubbing against the eye and causing irritation.
